Link Synchronizer is freeware. You may download, install and use this utility as much as you wish, and you are under no obligation to send me any payment of any kind.

(Unfortunately while I would like to accept amazon.com Honor System payments, amazon.com has been having technical difficulties with this system and I have been unable to configure an account to allow Honor System payments.)
